Delivery & Returns
Artemis will endeavour to dispatch all products ordered online on the next working day or same day if ordered before 11am. Our delivery service takes approximately 2 to 3 working days but may arrive earlier than this. Please note that office hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5pm or during the weekend will be processed at the first possible opportunity on the next working day. Please take this into consideration when counting days until delivery.
Our couriers deliver between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Please ensure your delivery address is manned during these times or that we have instructions on where the product can be left. The driver cannot phone to give advanced warning and it is essential we have the correct delivery address and postcode.
Please Leave Detailed Delivery Instructions
Unless instructed otherwise our drivers may accept signatures from any inhabitant/staff member of the delivery address. If an item is only for the attention of a specific person please state this prior to the orders dispatch. If the premises is unmanned at the point of delivery the driver will not leave packages unattended unless instructed to do so prior to dispatch. Packages may be left with a neighbour for your convenience. If this is inappropriate please bring this to our attention prior to dispatch.
Please check any received items immediately upon receipt of the delivery. If you have received your item from Artemis and found it damaged or not to be as ordered you must inform us by telephone on 0141 429 2525. In this case you may return it to Artemis within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received not in accordance with these requirements.
